Racial Equity Roundtable: Community C.A.R.E. — A Framework for Healing-Centered Leadership
This interactive roundtable explores how intentional, healing-centered leadership can foster resilience, psychological safety, and collective action within our communities. Guided by Mrs. Brandee Collins, participants will engage in reflection and dialogue centered on reimagining leadership as a practice rooted in care, connection, and accountability.
As Brandee shares, “Reimagine leadership—not as authority, but as care in action.” Participants will walk away with renewed confidence and practical tools to build trust, take meaningful steps, and lead healing-centered change in their organizations and communities.
