2025 Human Service Fund Grant Cycle and Pre-Proposal Meeting

The 2025 Human Service Fund (HSF) grant cycle is open as of May 9, 2024!

Applications are due July 1 by 12:00 p.m.

HSF will be offering small grants through a Small Grants Pool Request for Proposals (RFP) in addition to the regular HSF RFP.

HSF provides grants to nonprofit agencies in support of human service programs that promote the well-being, personal safety and self-sufficiency of Johnson County residents. Approximately $450,000 is anticipated to be awarded in 2025 grants through the regular HSF application and the small grants application.

This includes:

  • Request for Proposals (RFP) for regular and small grant applicants,
  • 2025 HSF Applications for regular and small grant applicants,
  • 2025 HSF regular and small grants budget,
  • 2025 regular and small grant Agency Standards

The 2025 HSF Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom:

May 16, 9-9:50 a.m. for the Small Grants Pool HSF RFP, register here.

May 16, 10-10:50 a.m. for the regular HSF RFP, register here.

It is strongly recommended that all current and potential HSF applicants attend the pre-proposal meeting.

All new applicants to the HSF must meet with UCS Director of Resource Allocation, Erika García Reyes, erikag@ucsjoco.org, to review eligibility requirements prior to submitting an application for funding.
